He sang off-key to raised eyebrows,
Choir members knew him well.
From anywhere within the house,
When you heard him, you could
tell.
He loved to sing ... oh, how he
loved
To sing with all his heart.
He never knew that others cringed
Each time he sang his part.
The choir sounds better ... more
content
Since the Father called him home.
But now he sings with perfect
pitch,
With angels 'round God's throne.
